Stay fit to fight cancer…from a T cell’s perspective

In the first part of this presentation, we will detail our recent studies investigating the roles of human transcription factors IRF4 and HELIOS in T lymphocyte exhaustion. This exploration will emphasize the subtle distinctions between T cell activation and exhaustion. The second segment will focus on human suppressive neutrophils, commonly known as Myeloid-Derived Suppressor Cells. Our research sheds light on the functional characteristics and markers defining two subpopulations of low-density neutrophils.
